inspector legal metrology(weights and measures) (inspector of legal metrology)     12 April 2010

anticorruption law

sir

all the central acts are r passed by parliament and every act is for well being of society. All are important and having same importance for public. my question is why anticorruption machinery has been accompanying  only govt servants with them as punch witnesses though there is no such provisin or compulsion in prvention of corruption act 1988. there is not any protection to such witness to state facts which may be different than panchanama prpared by police. If the punch disposes truth( not mentioned in panchanama by police) before the court he may be afraid that he will have to face disciplinary action by government. Due to fear of DE he will dipose only what is written in police panchanama and so he can not be said to be independent witness.

please tell me if any rulings of any court
