   As ignorance in law is not an excuse, So Hon'ble Court is not going to belive in your story as he is an responsible person and has identified innocently as u say ..

   So U can go to the point of about not having any past criminal Records, senior citizen as well as an sick person .........  so i dont think that their is specific any judgement for anti bail in your said case as u r looking for.....

innocence of accused is presumed,but not at the stage of bail,but during trial..as numberdaar is an old sick and senior person,plead mercy from judge,as well as investigate,

qualification of numberdaar,

whether he wrote all or only signed on verification???

whether person for whom passport was made,is in custody or out of custody??
