Hi,

A case was filed U/S 13(1)(D),13(1)(E) and 13(2) OF PC ACT AND 120-B OF IPC || Code of Criminal Procedure-438

Warrant was issued by district court against the accussed, wife and son.

Anticipatory bail was applied in high court which was rejected on the ground that accussed was not present.

Please help me with the options available.

Thank you so much for your comments.

Somebody please help me.. this is the case of my father (65 yrs) , mother and brother, and is really urgent!

The party on the other side is a very influencing person and we strongly beleive that he impacted the decision in high court.

What are the chances to get a bail from Supreme court if bail is rejected by high courrt?

Do you suggest them to appear in Suprement court?

Regards,

Megha

No need of anybody's appearance in the Supreme Court. Supreme Court does not direct the accused to appear before them in Anticipatory bail matters.
