I have a family member accused of certain non-bailable offences including forgery & EC Act. The CBI has already filed an FIR in the matter, and the investigation is going on. The CBI also raided her house & workplace after obtaining a search warrant from court. Now we are just scared they might arrest her.
Can we seek anticipatory bail?! What are the chances or getting it/rejection? Does anyone have experience of getting AB in a CBI related case? Please help!!
This case has ruined our lives.

It is absolute discritionary power of Court to grant AB or not. No body at this stage can tell whether it be granted or not.
