My brother has been charged under 498-A false case. His AB got rejected from Session court just because of the girl stuff hadn't been returned. The girl family came to Police station & all stuff was given back to them after getting signature of both party. Brother has filed for AB in High court afterwards. Now girl side have made a written demand for more(wasn't really given by them @marriage) which was accepted by ASI who has taken money from them. ASI also denied to give a copy of proof to us that all stuff has been given back, he said, it is only provided with Police Diary in court. This seems doubtful as we doesn't have knowledge that in real it happens or he is just making some accuses intentionally. Please guide in the matter. Thanks.
