Anticipatory bail

Dear experts

what is the cost to get anticipatory bail in sec 498A . And what is the procedure in Noida.

there is no provision for anticipatory bail in the state of uttar pradesh.
You can file a petition for stay on arrest before hugh court, which also serves the same purpose.

No. You'll have to approach high court under its inherent powers under S 482 CrPC.

As per court is concern your matter will come under the ambit of Article 226 of the Constitution Of India so and that will go before Hon'ble High Court nowhere else.
