Annulment due to non consumation of marriage

Everywhere in the world if one party is not ready to consumate the marriage then the marriage can be annulled.

In India if the man is not ready to consumate then he has to prove that he is impontant otherwise he is charged with DV act claiming its cruelty against wife not to have s*x with her.

Is this not a human rights violation and how law can force someone to have s*x as this is equal to rape.

if one party is not ready then that party must aware other party about the same before marriage.

What !!! make other party aware before marriage.

In Indian arranged marriages talking about s*x before marriage itself is a taboo. Also even if the party was made aware then how can it be proved ?

that depends on person to person..

i am telling from legal point of view as impotency is one of the ground for divorce.
