I want to understand hoe sec 125 how it will stand if Husbund is ready to take her wife and his chield back and filed a case under sec 9 for reinstitution of Marriage under HMA & wife is not ready and she is working and earning and asking Maintenance for Chilld and not for herself

Please post a new thread for your queries.
Maintenance for child would be shared by both parents in propotion to their earnings. No court would deny child maintenance.
