Annulment

Dear All Adviser,

I am herewith mentioning some question regarding "Annulment".

1) What is annulment and its Sec No in HMA.

2) What are the ground of Annulment to be required on basis of that court will give verdic?

3) How it implicate maintanance charge before/after divorce?

4) How long will it take to be nullify the marriage vide this law?

5) What about the custody of child in case of annulment?
