Annexure not attached in writ petition

Dear Sir/Mam, We have filed a writ petition. One of the annexure was referred in the submissions and index of the writ petition. However that annexure is missed to attached due to clerky error. How can this annexure be submitted now since writ petition has already been served to the respondent? Please support with relevant Section/Provision of law.
