I want to issue a Fresh copy of Passport(Tatkal). I am a student staying at Pune away from my parents(Raigad Maharashtra). Now my questions are
1) What Should a NOC letter along with Rent Agreement should contain by my landlord?
2) If I get a 11 Month Agreement from my landlord, is it necessary to provide the agreement which was made before the current agreement? or a letter by Landlord can compensate it saying that the tenant is living at current address for the mentioned period(say 2 years)?
3) My father is a Lecturer at Government Polytechnic,Pune(Class One Officer having Pay Grade more than 6.600) and Hence State Government Employee, with senior scale grade, can he sign the Annexure "F" for me or anyone else equivalent to his Post?
