My grandmother bought a property in 1979 and expired in 1983.

Now the Tax name is in my Grandpa's Name.

Whether the property is Ancestral / Self acquired.

She has two children...namely my father and aunty...

My father is trying to sale the property without my concern.

Can he sale the property ?

Whether your grand mother has executed any will? if she has executed the will and bequethed the property to your father, than the property will go to your father. If she has not executed the will than it is ancestral property and every legal heir of your grand mother has right in the property. Your father can not sell the same without consent of other legal heirs of your grand mother i.e. your aunt, you and other, if any.
