Ancestral property rights

My grandfather  ( fathers dad ) has transferred property on my mother name as per the will many years a ago....

My question is can my son who my wife has taken away from me can have rights on the property...

Please advice

no rights exists for the child over the grandmother property

but some lawyers said she can as its inherit and ancestral property.....please clarify....

i dnt have any asset on my name

Even if a woman gets her share from ancestral property it becomes her self acquired one.so again no rights for your wife and child
