Ancestral property grandfather died intestate

Dear advocates

My grandfather died intestate in 1979 had agricultural land 5 Killa in Hisar (Haryana), Father died in 2007, also grandmother died in 2006, When my Father died we got grandfather's name replaced by 5 aunts and my Father's heirs  who were my 3 sisters alongwith me in jamabandi. Have 5 Aunts, 3 sisters. in 2010 my 3 sisters and 3 aunts had relinquished their rights to me in Adampur (Hisar) tehsil,

But in 2015 order it mentions that aunts were not legal heirs, so can i remove names of 2 aunts from jamabandi by any process or not.

thanks

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns ancestral agricultural land in Hisar, Haryana, inherited after a grandfather died intestate in 1979. The original heirs were the grandfather's children, including the father and five aunts. Following the father's death, his heirs (the poster and three sisters) were added to the Jamabandi along with the aunts. While some aunts and sisters relinquished their rights to the poster in 2010, a later order questioned the aunts' heir status. The poster seeks to remove two aunts' names from the Jamabandi, but the advisor questions the basis for this and whether it would affect the aunts' legal rights.

Which order said that they are not heirs ,if their name is removed they don't loose right ont their share ,if they are good with you try to relinquish their rights or keep quiet.

do you want to grab the share of your two aunts? is there any legal order which show your aunts are not legal heirs?
