Ancestral property distributation muslim personel law

Hello

I need Help regarding  guidance in distribution of the share in ancestral property purchased by late grand mother under Muslim Personal  law as per Sunni Shariat.

My grandmother, grandfather and my father are all deceased. My grandmother did not have any brother or sister.

My grandmother has one daughter ( my Phuphi) and one son ( i.e. my father now deceased)

At present following heirs are alive

  1. My Phuphi i.e. my father's sister
  2. My mother
  3. Four brothers including myself
  4. My sister already married.

There fore please guide me regarding the quantum of share of each heir in light of the ' Muslim Personal Law applicable for Sunni Shariat. If said property is to be sold whether permission from all share holders will be required at the time of sale.

I will be immensely thankful for your guidance in this respect.

Thanks & Regards.

Pls. find the share %

1. My Phuphi i.e. my father's sister - 50%

2. My mother - nil

3. Four brothers including myself - 44.44% (divide into 4)

4. My sister already married. - 5.56%

total (50+44.44+5.56) = 100%
