Ancestors property transfer and partition

Respected experts, My grand parents had 2 sons, after the demise of them 2.30 acers of land was transferred to my uncles name but my father name was not included in etc. My father and uncle did not partitioned the land. After my uncle's demise it was transferred to his wife and 7 children's name and my father name was also included in rtc but again the partion was not done I.e. my father should get half portion of land from my uncles children. Now both my parents passed away and even 2 children's of my uncle and his wife. But still the property is not partioned and we 3 sons name was not included. Now we are thinking of dividing property between 2 parts and including our names in rtc. What is the procedure to get it done easily without much hurdles. Please provide ur valuable suggestions how to proceed further. With regards
