How to claim the property of ancestor,where we have no any documents regarding property?
In our Native place our ancestor have left property of Five plots and we are three families who have the rights on that properties.We two families have no any documents with us but we suspect that one family have these documents with them.Two plots are already occupied by two different parties but they did not have any documents to claim that they have the rights on that.One plot was sold by one family on which we suspect that they have the documents. Now two plots are left when we went to get occupation on that than local persons were did the objection and threat us,because we are not having the any documents.Most of local people says that these properties are ours .
Now how to obtain the documents from that one family who denial that they have any but we are sure they have all the documents.
Can by any legal process we can get our property or documents ? How can we save our rights where some local persons are trying to occupied the plots ill-legally ?

t is near by year 1880 property which have purchased by our elders from local administrator "Thakur".Neighbor's Pattas shows our elders name and we have our "Vansavali"(List of ancestors) with us which is authentic and can be use as legal documents.
