Hi,
Person A have a son and a daughter and he transfered his anscestoral property to his son as gift during his lifetime. Got Release deed from daughter as well. Person A has expired 6 months ago. Now, Can Person A's wife who did not sign any release deed claim rights in the anscestoral property?
