I am senthil from chennai. My father gave cash around Rs 50000 to my relative 15 years ago. that guy cheated us by not giving back that amount. So my father filed a case with my relative's property and we got judgement also for our side. we got the judgement against thier property. but still we haven't recived the amount. Our lawyer still postponding the dates .. he is keep on telling like we have no judge allocated for the court. Here i have doubt that our lawyer got something from thier side. so he is keep on postponding the dates. Please help me to how to proceed next for this case?
