Dear Experts,
If in second marriage where wife isalready divorcee and took money from her first husband and husband is widower and now she left the second husband and is putting pressure for accepting her undue demands.
Will court see this aspect that the lady has already taken divorce and money and again she is creating problems ?
What is the way to settle the mattrer amicably,husband has tried his best wetn to her house ,sent mail,s sms,calls and also invovled her relatives but they are adamant and not ready to lisson anything ?
Please suggest some time tested ways to resolve the issue.
