Hi,

THE CRIMINAL LAW (AMENDMENT) ACT was passed in 2018 to amend the Indian Penal Code, Indian Evidence Act, 1872, the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

THE CRIMINAL LAW (AMENDMENT) BILL, was introduced in the parliament in 2019 to further amend the Indian Penal Code, 1860; the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. It hasn’t got the assent of the president yet.
