sir section 138 NI Act cheque bounce after received the memo by the bank ,notice given to the period of 30 days and 15 days time for paying the amount. incase delay the filing the case before the first class magistrate 30 +15 .limitation is 45 days, the 45 days is lapsed, what next procedure to filing the case before the first class magistrate. and give judgements if any.thanking you sir.
