Amendment of title

Dear all

please let me know whether amendment of title is possible after filling complete spec. if so tell me the procedure, form and fee for the same.

Dear vaishnavi,

If the title is not appropriate, the examiner will raise an objection to amend the title. The title can be chaged while giving reply to the FER.

Otherwise Form13 can be filed with a fee of Rs. 500(natural person) /2000(legal entity)
