Dear All,
I request you to resolve my query regarding amendment of Plaint in a Civil Suit.
Suit was filed 21 years ago. Recently made amendment in Plaint. Now again want to amend the Plaint so as to add couple of 'prayers'.
Ant limitation? Or any case law in favor of Plaintiff.

Dear Jitendra Bohra,
The plaint may be permitted to be amended before settlement of issues.
However, basic structure of the plaint can not be amended, that you will have to find/point out.
