Which state the Trust is registered ?
If its at bombay. then u need to ammend the Trust Deed as per the Provisions of Bombay Public Trust Act.

sole object of sport activity is not permissible but it can be added as additional object into existing objects of different kindss.

Thanks for Quick reply. Trust is registered in Delhi and its object social welfare (Education, Medical Relief etc) it will be one of another objective of trust and sport academy will be operate in Rajasthan

there is no restriction for areas of operation
