Amendment in Revision before cognizance
Revision against the charges Filed in DJ u/s 399 CrPC and it is at the stage of cognizance argument
Can the revision be amended to include some more points which were left out without making any changes in the points that are already covered?

New grounds which did not find place in the grounds of Revision can be submitted at the time of hearing. no need to amend the petition.
