Amendmen of cause titile

If your issue is amendment of cause title in private employment case,  no seperate declanatory relief is required. it should be simply by way of application under order VI, Rule 17 of CPC. A separate declaratory relief is generally not required unless the substantive issue relates to the determination of the true employer–employee relationship or continuity of service between different legal entities.
