Amendmaent act 2005

Daughter having equal rights in ancestral property it is good but what about the son? daughters getting property from father and from her husband also.....what about rights of son? if our law gave rights to daughters in ancestral property then what about the son who having only farming and he living on it.....any law for it? or any idea to save property from daughters right in ancestral property? if daughter having her husband pension and husband property and even stay in fathers house from last 35 years without any rent...with her family....what can son do against her?

son has also got right from father's property as well as wife's property like daughter.

on the ancestral property comes from the side of father, both son and daughter, mother also have got equal rights.  similarly on the ancestral property comes from the side of mother, both son and daughter and father have got equal rights.

If the property shall be provided only tiller to the land, then there should be abolition of landlord (Zamindari) system and our Govt. is not ready to take such progressive step.

or any idea to save property from daughters right in ancestral property?

daughter is not alien. she is part of the natal family.  The wrong done against women has been corrected in Hindu Succession Act by making amendments.  In the whole world, even though women are contributing more than 50% labour, they are holding only 18% of the property.

if daughter having her husband pension and husband property and even stay in fathers house from last 35 years without any rent...with her family....what can son do against her?

similarly son is having his wife's pension, if she is a deceased employee of pensionable job and he is dependent upon her and her property.
