Amc charges for lift

Being the owner of UG and FF of a building consisting of stilt parking UG floor, FF, SF,TF on a plot of 160 square yards constructed by a builder. Am I entitled to bear 50% charges for lift AMC. I am already paying 50% of electricity bill meant for lift and common areas. I seldom use the lifts.

is there any legal requirement to pay equal annual maintenance charges for the lift by all opponents.

AMC charges to be paid by the flat owners .if it is handed over to the society or association , they will workout overall maintenance charges and to inform to all the members of the assocaition. 

 Whether you use the elevator/lift or not, you have to pay for the cost of running and maintenance of the same. Even if you live on the first/stilt floor and rarely use the elevator

Between 4 owners of the building,is it distributed as stated below?.

UG floor : 10%
1st floor : 20%
2nd floor : 30%
3rd floor : 40%
 

or is it distributed equally (25%)among all four occupants.
