I am leaving the company (registered in chennai) on feb 12 2016, my joining date was june 2 2011.
My total working days = 4 Years 8 Months 11 days.
With whatever research i have done, i found out that if you have worked for 4 years and 240 days, then he/she should be eligible for gratuity?
Am i eligible for gratuity?
How should i talk to my employer regarding the same? i mean is there any law document against which i can consult with him?
