I've been working for this organisation for more than 7 years (precisely 7.7 years). I've got 47 earned leaves too. So I'm willing to surrender 30 days of my earned leaves to serve my 1 month notice period.
1. Am I allowed do that?
2. If not, if I pay one month salary am I eligible for the gratuity
3. I've no bad conduct or bad remarks while working here. Is there any reason for them stopping them from paying me the gratuity
