Hi, you are eligible for gratuity as you have completed 5 years of continuous service with your employer which is payable on your leaving the employment. There will not be any deduction from your monthly salary towards gratuity and it is not like PF. It is the employer's liability for long term working of an employee under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

It depends,if you are employed as an employee and not as a consultant for the last 5 years you will get gratuity.

Gratuity is an employer contribution so will not be shown in you salary, though some companies show it as a part of the CTC(cost to company). You will get it regardless.
