I am trying to apply for my mother's Passport. Her DOB is 29/06/1961, birth place is Dhanbad, Jarkhand. We dont have birth certificate and the DOB on her school leaving certificate is 29/06/1963.
What is the solution, we have all other documents such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card with the corrected birth date. Since she has left dhanbad 30 yrs back also we dont have any relatives residing there, its not possible to get the birth certificate.
Please suggest some way out for this problem.
