Allottment of stack parking

my father had got two parking stack , bottom and top for two flats . after demise of my father my self and my brother are the owner of such two flats legally. however nor Builder nor Society have given clear indication as to which of the two flats has the bottom or top space for parking.

Now i have applied to society for giving me clear indication in writing for allottment of lower space to me as indicated on the number plate by the builder/society. on parking plate top is 503 as owned by my brothe and lower 504 as flat ownered by me.

had verbally also explained to society committe that these letter for allotted of top and bottom space of stack parking is required as on now two different owners are there instead of one owner that was my father before his demise.

i stay in mumbai - maharashtra

warm regards

You have given an application requesting to allot the parking space accordingly, but you have not mentioned what was the reply from the builder/society, it means you do not have any grievance at least not now, hence if you have any legal issues you can revert with your problems for legal opinion and suggestions to move further

Thanks for your reply. The society has not yet given any rply to my application the secetary has just verbullay asked for some time for the same. My concern was as to what would be my stand legally if the botton space of the stacking is not given in writing by the society  to me. As per the number plate for parking the the top is written 503 and below it 504.

warm regards

You wait for their reply, if they refuse then you can take it up legally or you can have the parking as per your choice.

Yes, the issue, if at all any, is purely hypothetical.
