Allotment order cancelled compassionate appointment.

Hi sir

I got compassionate appointment order on 25-9-21 and asked me join in15days but same day 25-9-21 I submitted request to change department and willing to wait till vacancy arrises. But Authority response stating your order issued.

I had not join and later they send me allotment cancellation notice, I would like to know accordingly to andhra pradesh GO 145 Clause 11B will I get new order after 1year.

Compassionate appointment is an obligation of the department, which can not be claimed as a matter of right, which has been misused and misinterpretted by you.

Consult a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters.
