Earlier CJM granted bail. He has been transferred. New CJM is not accepting bail bond. He is not also rejecting my application for furnishing bail bond by any Order. Since he is not passing any order I cant even go for revision. He is simply verbally saying I wont accept and I wont pass any Order. What to do in such situation?

I am from a different Court and as such I do not have much contact in the Bar Association of that Court.

Are you filed Memo of Appearnace at the time of Bail Application or at the time filing of Solvency Bonds.?
Is Bail Bonds are attested by the Local Bar Association Members or not.?
