I required ur urgent help in following matter thank u in advance.
I am from Karnataka my father property is in( his mother) grandmother name, and my father is no more he died 15 years before & grandmother died 2 years before, so all property (paddy land, home etc) is now used by my father only one sister. For my father 3 children’s me and my 2 sisters ,so now my mom and me looking for share of my father property how can we get it.
we don’t have any documents of land as my father sister have documents. “All land and home is in my father’s mother name” .
