The Director in a Company in bangalore signed a cheque for a client which bounced. The client then filed case against all other 3 Directors of the Company.
On date of hearing, the 3 Directors did not appear though Summons was issued as they are residing in Dubai. Now arrest warrant is issued against them. Is this arrest warrant enforceable against them in Dubai, UAE- meaning can the Bangalore OCurt move the warrant to Dubai Police?
