Alimony quoted in percentage

Hi,

My wife wants a mutual divorce, although she is not demanding anything. I wish to pay her an amount of 8lakhs as one time payment and then pay an alimony of 50% of my monthly income rather than a specific amount.

I wish to pay the alimony amount even if she gets remarried.

I also wish to make her a co owner in all my investments (even for those acquired in the future).  Kindly suggest me if it possible to add these clauses in the divorce agreement. Thanks
