dv cross completed to respondent    with ambiguity questions

is it possible to do chief to respodents to bring more clarity  is it helpful

in dv working wife egible drawing handsome gross salary of 15,000/- and husband having gross of 30000+ with dependents of mother and sister and her sister childrens

From the information mentioned, it is not clear as to whether the Respondent is cross-examined or respondent has cross examined the Complainant. 

All the same, any witness can be recalled for examination (whether it is examination in chief or cross examination) in view of Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 when his evidence is necessary for the just decision of the case.

Further, in order to bring explain the matter referred into cross-examination the party can be Re-examined.
