Bar Council of India has announced the next AIBE exam will be on 8th Jan 2012.
BL/LLB passed out students from Tamil Nadu has boycotted the exam thrice. I have friends who have completed last year and this year. They are in a dilemma that whether they should apply this time or not as there is a case pending in Supreme court regarding cancellation of the exam.
Can anyone has any update or give status of this case ?

It's adviced to law students in Tamil Nadu to appear the exam by selecting some other near by exam centers.... so, please advice ur frds to write AIBE in Kochin or in Bangalore....

sure my frd... U can write AIBE anywhere in India but beware that u can't get question paper in ur mother tongue
in other states.... u can write in English only..... All d Best !!!!

The case is still pending in S.C. In the mean time BCI has again floated tenders for conducting the exam during August 2012..
Please start preparing for the exam as large chunk of students from T.N. are waiting from January 2012 to appear for the
exam.
