Agriculture land permission

Hello I have 1 Gunta Agriculture Land in Tamil Nadu. Now I want to take an agriculture land outside bangalore. Could you please help me know what documents will be required at time of purchasing agriculture land in Karnataka. As I came across Law in karnataka/ AP/ Kerela/ Maharashtra only farmers can purchase the land.

Do let me know the documents required.

You have to establish that you are an agriculturist and your annual income other than agriculatural income is not more than Rs.2 lacs.

I am from it background and me and my wife are planning for organic farming. We already have small land in velur but its far so thinking of taking close to 100 km. So according to you I can't take in Karnataka.
