Issue legal notice and file declaratory suit.

Your brother should consult a lawyer to resolve this issue ¹

. Here are some steps your brother can take: -

*File a suit*: Your brother can file a suit for declaratory title, recovery of possession, and for ejecting the illegal occupant ². -

*Legal notice*: Your brother should issue a legal notice to the person in illegal occupation of his land, asking them to vacate the property ². -

*Survey: The MRO office has already measured the actual survey number and put the boundaries, which the illegal occupant has removed. Your brother can rely on this survey to prove his claim ². -

Eviction*: If the illegal occupant refuses to vacate, your brother can file a suit for eviction ².

 - *Police complaint*: Your brother can also file a police complaint for trespassing and criminal intimidation ¹. It's important to note that your brother should consult a lawyer to understand the legal process and the timeframe for resolving this issue.

The lawyer can guide him through the legal procedures and help him gather evidence to support his claim

It is more than 5 decades that no interest was shown towards the property and also it is not known whether the contents what you have mentioned are facts or just imaginary concept.

Whatever you may better consult a local advocate having experience in this field and proceed as advised by the local lawyer
