I want clarification on the following query.
If any person other than agriculture background family can buy coffee plantation in karnataka. As per Karnataka land reforms Act a person cannot buy agriculture land who is not from agriculture background and who's annual income is more than Rs.2 lakhs. And can a person buy any number of plantations lands i.e., coffee, tea, pepper etc., If so what is the procedure to follow at the time of registration to buy the plantation land.
AND
If a person possessing agriculture labour certificate [Krishi Karmika] can buy any agriculture lands ? if yes what extent he can buy ?
