I have one question, if you can help me with that then it will be great. we have inherited [hayatti ma haq dakhal] from my father this is ancestral land of our forefather and we are final owner of that land, we have our name in 7/12 and 6 haq but some part of our land is not in our kabja We won a case in the lower court at the mamletdar but he again filed a case in the dep. collector and since a year he is not showing up and making excuses that he needs time and he is being given time all the time reason given to us that he is the one who has appealed in this case what will be chances of us to get that land back from people who occupied that since long time. Can you advice us?? We will be very grateful. Can anyone advice a bit about that, it will be really useful.
