Dear Sirs,
I am an agriculture graduate of 1982, and want to establish one Green house project.
My father was land owner in Gujrat, but we have sold all of our land by 2004, and now i am not farmer/ landowner since then.
I would like to know is there any provision now to purchase the small piece of agriculture land (1-3 Acres) in my name for Green House Cultivation ? Is any other way that I form a company and company can purchase the Agri land for Agri Business?
Can I get the Agri. land of my friend on lease if we can not purchase the agri land in any case?
Is there any special provision for agriculture graduates?
Please advise me urgently.
