Agri land by will

Dear Sir,

My Father have 2 brothers. One is expired. My father and my expired uncle got the 10 acres of agri land by a will.

This land is now distributed among all there 3 brothers. now each one have about 3 acres on there name. My

father also have 2 sisters. Now my uncle and these 2 sisters started suite for repartion of all land - this 10 acre +

all other property. Now my quetion is can my father revert the land from my uncle which was came by will to him.
