How important is the Agreement of Sale while purchasing a resale flat through bank loan? My lawyer has already preapred the agreement for me but forgot to mention the flat number. Though he has mentioned things like floor, area, portion, side etc. Can the lawyer of the bank make a problem due to this?

Agreement of sale is merely creating a right to obtain another document which will when executed create,declare,assign,limit or extinguish any such right,title or interest is not compulsorily registrable,so you need go for rectification of agreement of sale,but do one thing in the already prepared sale agreement that add flat number and countersign by both parties.
