Hi,
I wanted to knw that on the stamp paper there is govt stamp having name,address,stamp rupees and so on...
Is it necessary on that the name should be of the person who is involved in agreement?
I am just confused about the same.....

Yes, the stamp paper must be in the name of one of the executants of the deed.
