Agreement between two parties from two different country

If a company from UK enters in to a simple agreement with an Indian proprietory concern , what are the minimum requirements/ features to be complied with to make this agreement leagaly enforcable ? Is it necessary that the agreement should be on NJ stamp paper or on any one of the party's letterhead or simply on plain paper?

Either. But it's best to get it on a stamp paper...This later helps establish that the parties intended to give legal effect to their relationship i.e intention to create legal relationship. Also take care to meticulously specify Dispute Resolution Mechanisms/Arbitration/Choice of Law/Place of Jurisdiction. Feel free to talk!
